Please Note: Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to Bulky Items. Freight for bulky items will be quoted over the phone, as an additional cost, after your purchase of the items has been processed via the online store.

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

We are required by law to charge and withhold the applicable GST for any orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.

MAXTOCH PRODUCTS* have our 5 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. All included/purchased batteries have a 12 month warranty.

 This warranty does NOT cover wear and tear, modifications, misuse, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than Maxtoch. Products showing significant damage are not covered by the warranty and will be immediately returned to the sender. If your Maxtoch product has any defect as the result of the materials or workmanship we will replace the product. 

Above all, we will meet or exceed all our legal obligations under the consumer guarantees act except where you have acquired the products for a business. The purchase of products for resale is prohibited by these terms unless you are an authorized distributor holding an account with us. Proof of purchase may be required and the Guarantee applies only to the original owner.

​If your product fails outside this then “if you’re not happy - we’re not happy” so give us a call; you may be surprised at the answer you get. Warranty requests must be received and approved via email to; info@alphagearsolutions.com.au

14 DAY HASSEL FREE RETURNS - You can return any item/s within 14 days of the purchase date.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original re-saleable condition, including a box with all labels still attached, bags, cases and accessories, within 14 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price. The return may be refused if the product is not in its pre-sale original condition or is returned outside the 14 day purchase date period. 

The customer will be liable for the return shipping fee.

We offer exchanges within 30 days of ordering. 

The items must be in original, re-saleable condition, including box, with all labels still attached, bags, cases and accessories. The exchange may be refused if the product is not in its pre-sale original condition or is returned outside the 30 day period. 

The customer will be liable for the return shipping fee. A re-shipping fee will apply to the exchanged product.

Transactions that are cancelled prior to completion will not be charged.
